THE NEW ORLEANS SAINTS WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGE WITHOUT A PROPER ORDER I.D. #. You can only receive a refund within 30 days of shipment or exchange merchandise within 30 days of shipment. NO EXCEPTIONS! If you would like to return (up to 30 days from ship date) or exchange (up to 30 days from ship date) merchandise, please follow these simple instructions:
When returning merchandise to the New Orleans Saints Team Shop, please include proof of purchase, original tags and a brief explanation for return/exchange. Please send insured, postage-paid packages to:

All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by Order I.D. # or they will not
be accepted. To obtain your order I.D. # log into the Online Store at www.neworleanssaintsteamshop.com/
and click on ‘orders history’. Click the ‘Search’ button
and all of your order(s) will be listed in chronological order.
PLEASE ALLOW 2-3 WEEKS FOR US TO RECEIVE AND PROCESS YOUR RETURN.
We will credit or refund the full value of the item that was charged (excluding
any shipping and handlings charges). If you request an exchange for an item(s),
standard shipping and handling rates will apply to the reshipment.
The shipping and handling will be based on the value of the reshipment. Please
refer to our rates on-line at www.neworleanssaintsteamshop.com/
or contact customer service at 504-571-1674. This amount will
be billed to the original credit card used in the purchase, unless otherwise
noted. We will gladly exchange your merchandise or issue a refund within 30
days of the date of purchase. All return merchandise must be in its original
condition or it will not be accepted. We cannot accept returns on Autographed
items, authentic or replica customized jerseys, and Game Used Merchandise.
We are not responsible for lost returns. Shipping and handling charges
are non-refundable.
