BACK ORDERED ITEMS: Customers will be informed via e-mail of items that are back ordered.

Shipping occurs Monday through Friday, excluding nationally recognized holidays. No shipping occurs on Saturday or Sunday. The New Orleans Saints do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery.  Orders are shipped within 7-10 business days via UPS (excluding Military addresses and P.O. Boxes, which are shipped via the USPS - United States Postal Service). All orders being shipped to Military addresses or P.O. BOXES cannot be shipped with any service other than USPS. All orders shipped with UPS will be assigned a tracking number and can be easily tracked online at UPS.com. The New Orleans Saints shall not be liable for loss, damage or delay caused by Acts of God, perils of the air, authority of law, riots, strikes, civil commotions, or hazards or dangers incident to a state of war.

FedEx Next Day Requests must be placed (by Phone or the Internet) by 12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time (EST) in order to be received the following business day. Overnight requests that are placed after 12:00 p.m. EST will be shipped the following business day and received the first business day after that.  For example, an order placed on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. EST will be shipped on Tuesday and delivered on Wednesday by 7 p.m. An order placed on Tuesday at 12:30 p.m. EST will be shipped on Wednesday and delivered on Thursday by 7 p.m. PLEASE NOTE: We do NOT offer SATURDAY delivery.  Orders placed before 12:00 noon EST on Friday will be shipped on Friday and delivered on Monday. Orders placed after 12:00 noon EST on Friday will be shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

Military Addresses and P.O. BOXES will be shipped via the United States Postal Service. UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to a post office box. A $10.00 handling fee will be applied to all Military Addresses and P.O. Box orders. Military addresses and P.O. Box orders cannot be tracked or guaranteed.

International orders are shipped through FedEx. Orders are usually shipped within 7-10 business days (depending on destination). Please allow extra time for shipping, due to heightened security, as packages are processed through customs. The New Orleans Saints are not responsible for any extra duty applied by country of import.
